Hi all me and a friend are having an issue with the z2's during a call the sensor does not work at all the screen will not blank out therefor during calls everything can be pressed by your face diagnostics shows no issues

Do you have a screen protector or a protective case?.

I have both, both legitimately brought from Sony website. Phone does it without these on aswell it is intermittent problem will occasionally function normally I would say one in three calls the function will work
