What is a manufacture warranty of the phone?

Im currently having problems with my z2. The touchscreen is all crazy and non responsive. I tried the repair using sus but it didnt do anything to help. I contacted amazon to see if they could exchange it but since it has passed 30 days since i bought it they couldnt. But they told me that the phone has a one year manufacture warranty And that i should take the phone to sony. Is this true? What do i have to take to sony so they can fix my phone or exchange it?

It all depend on which country origin of the phone is, You can PM a support staff here with the IMEInumber on your phone so that they could assist to check on the manufacturing date or alternatively you can register for the warranty online so that you could check yourself.

Do take note online warranty registration, some country do not have that..

Aside from PM the support staff here, yo could also contact your local support team to assist you on verifying the product warranty.
