Digital Noise Cancellation

when i plug my noise cancellaing ear phones i dont get the extra menu in the sound effects and when i change my audio accessories nothing changes any help my

headphones :MDR-NC31E

Check if your noise cancelling settings is on auto or on always

there is no menu for that in my z2 in the music effects

Please follow the steps below to activate this function:

1. Connect the noise cancelling headset to your device.
2. From your Home screen, tap Menu > Settings > Sound > Audio accessories.
3. Select the relevant headset type.
4. Tap Sound effects > Noise canceling.
5. If you want Noise cancelling to be enabled only during music or video playback
or when the screen is active, select On (Auto).
6. If you want Noise cancelling to be enabled for as long as the headset is
connected, select On (Always).

There should be a notification coming in the notification bar as well!!!!!

Same problem as my Z2. I bought my NC 2 weeks ago in Vietnam, the NC is Made In Malaysia, then suddenly when i used my NC, the icin in the Notification appeared STEREO MICROPHONE, the NC was not working when i play music even if it plug in, it doesnt work, i read some forum that says it maybe because of the update 4.4.4. I dont know,... I wish i can use it again, its actually a good quality headset to be use.
