Smartwatch 2 will not turn on

Hi there, I've had my Smartwatch a while now and I love it, however it has stopped working suddenly!

I had it out with me and it vibrated and said 10 percent so I turned off bluetooth and then left it and when I got home I noticed it was dead so I plugged it in and nothing came on the screen, I left it to charge overnight and nothing has happened it is still dead black, so I plugged it into my windows laptop and the device manager says unknown device, so someone suggested I install Sony PC Companion which I have done and I click search for devices and the windows noise of a usb plugging in and out sounds a few time and the software says "was unable to connect to the phone/tablet, please disconnect and try again"

which makes me doubt if you are supposed to use the software for a smartwatch, is there any software out there to reset my smartwatch?

is the battery removable?

Try to press and hold the power buttom for couple of seconds to see if the watch vibrates.

If it vibrate, you could still switch it on and if it don't then the watch is dead.
