Xperia Z2 Cannot Detect Charging Dock

dear all ,

my Xperia Z2 1st time charging use charging dock, but cannot detect charging dock when use that, but no problem if using micro usb,

anyone know how i can check/diagnostis for magnetic port ?? or any setting for use that?? thx

You know that the device has two connectors for the magnectic charger.Did you connect them properly?

Is the charging dock connected to wall socket charger? It won't work when connected to a computer via USB.
