&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear about your phone. You can try to repair the phone software using PC Companion:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.sonymobile.com/update" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;http://www.sonymobile.com/update&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone &amp;gt; Start on Update the phone/tablet software &amp;gt; click on the blue highlight (Repair my phne/tablet). Do this without the phone connected.&amp;nbsp;Follow the instructions&amp;nbsp;on screen to perform the repair.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Xperia M, just bought about 1 month ago but now its touch don't work! screen is apearing but touch is not working!&lt;BR /&gt;I tried to restart it by picking outt its batty but still its not working. please help!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
