touch is not woring

I have a Xperia M, just bought about 1 month ago but now its touch don't work! screen is apearing but touch is not working!
I tried to restart it by picking outt its batty but still its not working. please help!!!!

Sorry to hear about your phone. You can try to repair the phone software using PC Companion:

http://www.sonymobile.com/update

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > click on the blue highlight (Repair my phne/tablet). Do this without the phone connected. Follow the instructions on screen to perform the repair.
