Let’s me explain, I have Sony Experia TX LT29i with 2GB ROM (as Device memory) and 10GB (internal Memory. Now the problem is that when I install any apps “it’s installing in to device memory which is 2GB only and after a few apps it’s full. But internal storage is empty as same was it. There is any solution to install apps in to internal memory which is 10 GB?

You can move your installed apps to internal memory. To do so go to settings-->app now chose an app click on it and there you'll find "Move to SD card" click on it and your app will be moved to the internal memory. Repeat this process for all other apps.

Note: some app may not move and no system app could be moved.

Thank you

If you root your mobile you'll lose your warranty. The rooting process is simple you can search Google for how to root Xperia TX and you'll find a bunch of result.
Thank you
