Low headphone volume

The headphone volume is an option that we have to decide, I bought a wonderful headphones and i can't enjoy it because of the low volume my xperia z1 has... please let us choose the volume and improve this characteristic on the cellphone... i know you are trying to care about our ears but is our problem not yours.

Volume level is also depend on headphone you are using with phone, z1 has good loud volume, I am using klipsch s4i earphone, which plays very loud. Xperia sp has low volume level as compared with z1, but z1 has good volume level.
If I use creative earphone then they plays in very low volume level, so it depends on earphone you use.
