Hello Sony team,

I tried software repair with the PC companion, but it did not work.

So I took it to the service station for repair where they bluntly disagreed to even check the phone as it was not brought in India.

I had brought the phone in Germany and I was using it in India. I was ready to pay for the repairs as I know the device does not has International warranty. But I was never expecting this kind of behaviour from an internationally renowned company like SONY:smileyshame_on_you:

Please suggest me what to do next.??

Hope my descision to buy Z1 compact was not wrong..!!

Thanks and Regards,

Pralhad
