My phone was creating a trouble on Aug 11th, 2014 wherein the phone was submitted at the service&amp;nbsp;center&amp;nbsp;based out of Bhiwani on the very same day. Now this was the issue for SOFTWARE UPDATION - Ticket No. W114081100524. Fortunately the phone started working perfectly fine.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #000000; font-family: 'Helvetica neue', Helvetica, Arial, Tahoma, Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2. Thereafter, my phone started rebooting itself &amp;amp; starting itself. Frustrated with the issue, my second ticket was raised on 15-08-2014,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Inquiry&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;|&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Xperia™ T2 Ultra dual,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Order number:&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;1-1539003955&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;3. My above mentioned issue remain unsolved but the ticket was closed. Another ticket was raised on 23-08-2014,&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Service network&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;|&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Xperia™ T2 Ultra dual,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Order number:&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;1-1612085007&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;which again got closed without prior intimation to me.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;4. Yesterday, again a ticket was raised on 25-08-2014,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Order number:&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;1-1624546643, as an a latest update, I spoke to Anjali (&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;one of the Customer rep)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;at&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1-800-30002800 [Toll Free Number], she mentioned that the issue shall get resolved within 48 hrs of the ticket issued. I requested her to provide the MD's email address or any body else in the higher authority, but she denied to do so.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #333333; font-family: Arial;"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;JUST TO MAKE A NOTE OF IT, THAT I AM VERY MUCH UNHAPPY &amp;amp; DISAPPOINTED AS DEALING WITH&amp;nbsp;RENOWNED COMPANY SUCH AS SONY, NEVER EXPECTED THIS KIND OF SERVICE. I HAVE BROUGHT MY PHONE BACK FROM THE SERVICE CENTER SINCE I NEED A REPLACEMENT. I WOULD BE GLAD IF SOME ONE FROM THE CO. CAN TURN UP &amp;amp; SPEAK TO ME DIRECTLY.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;AS INVESTMENT OF AROUND INR 23,000 FOR SUCH A CO. STANDS HIGHLY PAINFUL.
