Screen lock doesn't work during calls

The screen of my Xperia T2 Ultra Dual does not get locked when making or receiving any call .......... With the touches of ear and face, the screen moves and many undesirable operations happen automatically! Very disturbing ........ and not desirable and acceptable from such a costly cell phone.

In the case of receiving calls you may install an app called as "Tiny Call Confirm". It will lock your screen and avoid any unwanted operation through random touches.

Please make sure the sensor next to the speaker at the top of the phone is not covered. Some screen protector has problems with this.

Yes, in "Safe Mode", the problem does not occur!

But this cannot be accepted as a solution ............. Who does not have third party apps in his/her smartphone? Before purchasing Xperia T2 Ultra Dual, I used a low cost (~6000 bucks) touch phone, and all the apps were there in the set but it did not give me any trouble concerning screen lock during conversation .......... This is absolutely unexpected from such a renowned brand smart phone (SONY Xperia) costing nearly six times (~35,000 bucks) than that low cost phone!

SONY should come up with pragmatic solution for this problem.

Not all 3rd party apps are fully compatible with the devices,that is the thing.Anyway,it is your choice,you can contact Sony about this,but it is up to the developers of those apps to change something.

The thing is you really cannot know all the apps compatibility.If you try one and it suits you and the device,it is ok.See this link:
