I just got the Sony Xperia Z2 just over 2 weeks ago and yesterday it fell from a bench and the screen smashed. Now the touch screen isn't working and I can't use the phone at all because I can't unlock it, pick up calls because the touch screen doesn't work anymore. Are smashed screens covered by my warranty? If not what steps can I take to get my phone fixed because its stressful not having a phone at the moment.

Normal manufacturer warranty won't cover this unless you took out accidental cover - However for repairs you need to contact your country's Xperia care team to have this checked at a service centre http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/
