&lt;P&gt;You can try to make a force shut down of the phone and start it again to see if the touch screen will respond again.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If the touch still doesn't work you could connect a computer mouse to the phone by using a USB OTG cable. Then you should be able to unlock the phone and read the text message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My touchscreen is totally unresponsive and im locked out of my phone as i cant open it. Also cant turn it off &amp;nbsp;is there anyway of getting pictures of my phone when it is locked like this as I have new pictures since the last update? and I have a text message &amp;nbsp;on my phone that i want to read&amp;nbsp;and is very important&amp;nbsp;but alas cant, is there anyway of reading it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
