    <description>&lt;P&gt;All you can do is perform a system repair which will factory reset your phone ie:Erase everthing and if that doesn't work you will need to re visit the service centre&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the onscreen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sir, I have problem with my xperia ray which doesnt turn on and stop in sony logo...I had tried pc campinion and sony update service but also my problem existed same... so i try to flash my phone but the phone is locked......when i try to unlockbootloader usb debugging is required to be enabled....so in this condition i cannt enbale the usb debugging becasue my phone doesnt turn on....so please can you help me to solve my problem.....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
