Screen mirroring, bluetooth and external power banks

After the new update on xperia z1 compact I can't use screen mirroring, can't send files via bluetooth to my laptop and can't charge the phone from a power bank. I've already asked one of your "smart" employees(i think that they are bots) and she told me that i should check my charger -_-. Then she told me, that screen mirroring is a new technology and so on. I WANT TO COMMUNICATE WITH HUMANS, NOT WITH COMPUTERS. I've paid for this product and i deserve all functions that it can provide me!!!

Could you please describe the problems you experience in a bit more detail?

What happens when you try to mirror the screen, send files or charge the phone?

Do receive any errors or do you notice anything?

When i try to sharr the screen to my tv, there's only the video, no audio. When i try to send a file, the pc does nothing. That happens sometimes to other devices. It takes 2 or 3 tries to make it working. The phone won't charge from the power bank after the new update. My mother's phone Xperia L can charge, but it's running Android 4.2.2. Which file format is it that you try to mirror?
Can you explain more about the file transfer issue, you say it works after a couple of tries. Have you tried re-pairing the devices with each other.

What power bank is it? Is it a Sony power bank?

Yes, I've tried. I am mirroring mp4 videos and mp3 songs.There's nothing wrong with the format. Many users say that the problem comes from the new update.

It's not sony power bank, but it does charge Xperias with lower software version. I've tried to charge my friend's Z1 compact(running Android 4.3) and it did. After updating to 4.4 the phone is not recognising the power bank.

That sounds very strange and I do not have any direct solution for this. Therefore I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..

Before repairing your device you may want to backup your information first. Check out this topic for more information on how to.
How to backup?

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.
