extremely disappointing services

Hi,

I am having trouble in getting my mobile service. My phone having charging issue and i handed over my phone to your Janakpuri,New Delhi Sony service Centre around 19 days back. They called me around 10 days ago and i was told the service was done but the issue was still exsists. They said, they would change the mother board and let me know. I am yet to receive an update. Whenever i call them, there has been no proper response.

Sony Service center and Products disappointing the customers ,No commitment , No Communication.

I have been using Apple,Samsung devices but 1st time I tried to use Sony Products and Support .I am very badly experienced with the support.Now I am feeling why people not to prefer use Sony Mobiles.
