I have own 4G data card but is not working on my phone Z2.

Note: another phone is working

Is your Z2 4G compatible as some are and some aren't - We will need the exact model number and also have you downloaded the settings for 4G and MMS via Settings then More then Internet settings

You might need to contact your carrier to enable 4G for you.
