topic cant access playstore in XPERIA archive

cant access playstore

i can sync my gmail account and other accounts but its showing no connection when i open playstore at the same time other applications working smoothly which need internet access, also showing could not reach to google when i open hangout too... how can i resolve this problem. my phone is a brand new which bought yesterday and didnt expect this type of error from sony team on a brand new phones.. realy a bad mark for you sony!!!!

Sorry to hear about your phone. Have you tried with both Wi-Fi and mobile network connection?
