Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

It sounds like you have received a MMS that cannot be downloaded. If you are unable to download or receive a MMS, I suggest that you contact your operator to check the MMS settings in your phone. You should be able to find them via Settings > More... > Mobile network > Access point name.

Hi,

I have a Sony Xperia LT26i and have received SMS messages that have downloaded correctly and others (all from the same network) that will not download. Could anybody throw some light onto why this is happening or what I can do. Also, one of the messages is urgent and I need to open it. The message details say that the message will expire on 27/9/14. Where is this message and is there any other way of viewing it? Thanks in advance....
