Phone Stuck On Boot Screen - HELP!

My mobile Phone Xperia L not booting up, when I press the power button its just showing the SONY logo and not proceeding too boot.

Yesterday I tried to Update my Xperia L with the minor fix update firmware 15.3.A.1.17 using my PC. Unfortunately the update stopped and my xperia L got switched off. Then I press the power key, it just showing the SONY logo and getting booted up.

Guys how to fix this one.....?

Press and hold Power & volume upf for 10 seconds > let your phone charge for 1 hour > after 1 hour > repair your phone with PCC
