screen doesn't lock automatically

I have xperia z2, updated with software build number 17.1.2.A.0.314
My screen doesnt lock autimatically ... I have to always lock it manually by pressing power button
In settings i set display-> sleep -> 15 seconds
And security -> automatically lock -> immediately after sleep

It's very annoying and i lose battery faster
Any help

Its screen doesn't lock automatically ... I tried to force stop apps and services one by one and the problem had disappeared when i forced stop
"com.sonyericsson.startupflagservices"
But at every startup the app runs automatically and i have to force stop it ... How to do that ??

I bought xperia Z2 last day and when i connect it to the wifi it says new software update and after finish updating startflag show then when i set up sreen time out to 15seconds its not sleep off. Fix that plsss.. Its draining my battery.

Have you checked what the Sleep settings are: Main Menu > Settings > Display > Sleep?

Or have you enabled Smart Backlight control?? If that's enabled, the phone will not lock itself when you are looking at it!!!

root your phone (you will lose waranty, read about rooting)

uninstall com.sonyericsson.startupflagservices
