phone stopped working

Basically my phone has turned off and i cant get it to switch on i have tired the power button and the volume up button and everything what i have searched but it just wont responed to anything! when it chargers it it has a red flashing light then goes about 10 miutes after help!!!!!

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

I suggest that you disconnect the phone from any kind of power source > Hold the ON/OFF button + volume up(+) for 5-10 seconds > Without trying to power it on, connect it to the charger and let it charge for 2-3 hours. If the battery is completely flat, it can take a longer time before the phone starts.

If there are no improvement after this, I suggest that you perform a software repair via PC Companion:

In PC Companion you press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Repair phone/tablet (the blue clickable link in the message) > Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC.

Follow the instruction that appears in the program and do not connect your device until this guide tells you how to connect it.
