    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Sony.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My SBH52 had a trouble with on off button. I could not use it to on off my device, so if i want use my device i had use NFC to open it, but i could not off it . It will be off when the battery out of. Please give me some advices with this problem .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;But if the ON/OFF button does not work it's not much that you can do on your own. I suggest that you visit nearest to have your headset examined by a technician. You can contact your local support team for further information about nearest service and/or how to proceed with this in the best possible way:&lt;/P&gt;
