I'm using bridge for mac to try and update my Z1 but when it gets to the first step it will say downloading update engine then error 011 contact technical support I've updated bridge for mac and also Java but still having the same error message

does your mac meet the minimum hardware requirements?

Yeah it does I've tried it on both computers I have at home with the same outcome

Could you try with a different connection ?
