As you cannot repair the phone software I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.

Good morning to everyone s. I am Joseluys17. They have given me a FREE Sony Xperia Z1 and then I brought it yesterday morning, all right, fine. But in the afternoon and 23% had been off only. And it does nothing, I have received a very important call, and now for nothing. I've left off about 2 or 3 minutes .. I connect the charger, and does nothing. Only the red LED lights, not blinking or anything, like I was carrying. And I have read in various forums that the software can be, so here I downloaded the last upgrade of PC Companion, and when he told me that would connect the mobile to repair, the computer has not recognized. I also have the drivers installed Flashtool and nothing was left with red LED, or vibrate, or turned on, it does nothing. and takes about 6 or 7 hours .. And I'm to take it to a 'technical' is not official, is a Moroccan who manages some phones but not fio me, if you do not know much about it, and the **bleep**s .. .

WHAT CAN I DO?

- I have not wet (I have not had time)
- Has not fallen me
- Sorry for the English, I am using a translator.

Thank you all in advance
