App Problems on SD Card

While restart mobile everytime, applications installed on SD card gets automatically seperated from all apps. That makes problem to find apps.

This is a result of being able to move apps to SD.Android just does not support it well.

So if you go to settings-apps-downloaded and select an app,you do not get move to SD?

I recently did a official upgrade for software 18.4.B.2.14, after this upgrade, all the apps which were moved to SD card are shown in the count but their icons are not visible.

You can Open the app from Play Store search and then clicking on open but where are the icons gone.

Called support and they mentioned I need to reinstall these apps, this **bleep** if we have 50 of those and will have to keep doing this again for next udate.

Is there a better way to keep your apps on SD card after such upgrades. Sony must provide a clean way to update the system like Apple does

This is the result of being able to move apps to SD.Google removed this feature for a reason.

and if Google removed the feature of moving app from internal storage to sdcard, so why iam getting move to sdcard option in my setting>apps

and my friend using his apps without any issues

Sony has given the option to some Xperias but I have seen that only brings problems.

Yes!! After giving an incredible setting it has major issues... I think it will be fix to next update regarding to this bug

guys there is another problem if u guys are using latest
update Of ALBUM and MOVIE app in build no. 18.4.B.2.14
if you uninstall those update and again check in update center
u found that it showing your phone is upto date....
why.. Sony please explain????

This is the issue - Even if you do move apps to an SD card because of the way Google has changed the API's due to the changes with Lollipop then you will encounter such issues and unfortunately this is not something Sony can help with, This is something Google removed

I too had this problem this occurs only after the latest xperia E3 update before that there was no such problem....
