Hi,

This is the problem regarding my new Xperia T2 Ultra dual which I purchased through amazon.in on 14 aug 2014.

after using it successfully for around 2 months, suddenly one night the display went fully blank... there is no response after pressing the screen unlock button. only the status ringtones coud be heard.

I tried switching off the phone many times, but of no use.

after some time only the blank display becomes active without any wallpaper and widget icons on it, but the screen is totally non-responsive.

Touch screen only works when u push the power off button. I tried booting it with safe mode also.

I gave the mobile to sony service center on 9th oct, and they are now telling that display assembly set and battery needs to be replaced.

Now with so much money put in this phone, how can I settle with the replacement of such 2 major spare parts of the phone.

I want to get my phone replaced with a brand new one, coz how can I be assured that after getting the phone repaired, no new issues will not arise.

Kindly help me with this.
