So today I got my Z1 replaced after a cracked screen, and now my new one won't connect to my home wifi. I've reset both the router and the phone itself and re-entered the wi-fi password twice, but every time I try to connect it comes up with "authentication problem"...

My old one never had this problem and would be constantly connected with no problems whatsoever. So I'm pretty stumped on how to get it to connect...

I'm having the same problem after my screen repair the only difference is that mine connects to the Wi-Fi but only when standing right by

the router. Not sure if the repair was not done properly or what the problem might be as I've done just about everything including restarting

and resetting the phone.

We have two identical Sony Z1 phones in our household and only one is giving me a problem.

@Grayce wrote:
