    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Teo24, all you need to do is start Media Go on your computer, connect your phone via USB cable and&amp;nbsp;wait&amp;nbsp; a few minutes until your phone is recognised (you will then see "Phone" at the top left of your screen). You can then click on&amp;nbsp;that so that you can see the phone and memory card drives.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you haven't connected your phone to the PC before, the PC will ask to install the drivers for the phone, so just follow the instructions on the screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, make sure that the phone's default USB mode is set appropiately: Menu--Connectivity--USB--Set default mode--PC mode for Windows (or other).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Chris&lt;/P&gt;</description>
