i bought a Sony xperia sp form Singapore, i am residing at India . when i tried to update it by the Sony pc companion by the steps it indicated the mobile got to dead condition. This happened with in 5 days i bought.. Then urgently i called to the customer service, no proper response was given. Then i took the mobile to the service center in Chennai., they did not accept the mobile as it does not satisfy the warranty norms for Indian service. I asked them that i will pay for it, but they rejected. They just said "Take it to a local shop" in a cool manner, how can i give a brand new 5 day old mobile to a local shop. Then i sent mails to the sony customer care, after a long non-satisfying conversations, they said "in singapore service center will accept the mobile". With very very hard action i sent my mobile to Singapore, their too the service center did not accept and did not give the cause or solution for the problem.

For the past 6 months my mobile is ideal, no response from sony. poor customer service
