    <description>&lt;P&gt;This does sound software related, I would suggest attempting a software repair in this case.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Make sure to backup before you perform this task, this can be done with PC Companion directly.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;1. Download the PC Companion software from&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/pc-companion/" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;PC Companion&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;and install it on your PC.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. Phone Software Update.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4. Start.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5. Repair Phone&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;6. Continue&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;7. Accept data removal&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;8. Next&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;9. Wait for prepare&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;10. Select Phone&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;11. Follow the connection steps&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Walkman player problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My device is E3(D2202). it is been noticeable that sometimes walkman player is playing the song but with no sound output even sometimes showing cannot play song after restarting the device all is ok.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Try clearing the data from the Walkman application.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Menu &amp;gt; Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; All &amp;gt; Walkman &amp;gt; Clear Data&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thnaks Jake for quick reply. first of all tommorow i got a system update 18.4.A.1.25. now problem is not visible today. another thing if i clear walkman data is it clear my songs also i coundn't clear cache of walman app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Subo,&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Clearing the data from the application should not remove your songs, this will only remove Walkman data from the app.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;In regards to the cache, you cannot clear this if you have already cleared the data.&lt;/P&gt;
