screen problem with xperia SP

Hi everyone, the other day I had a problem with the upper part of my screen, at first I thought it will be just a temporal problem, althought it didn´t recieve any hit, but I have close it, turn it off and reset it and nothing changes, I still can´t use the upper part of my screen and I don´t know what to do, anyone knows what´s the problem? Thank you

I suggest that you perform a software repair on your phone to exclude software related problems. You can perform this repair via our program PC Companion:

In PC Companion you press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Repair phone/tablet (the blue clickable link in the message) > Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC.

Follow the instruction that appears in the program and do not connect your device until this guide tells you how to connect it.

If the problem persist after a software repair, I suggest that you visit nearest service center to have your phone examined by a technician. You can contact your local support team for further information about how to proceed with this in the best possible way:

Hello, I tried what you told me but still doesn´t work so I have send it to reapir.

Anyways, thank you for your reply
