I damaged my USB port on my phone and is currently using my cradle to charge. I need to connect to my Laptop but my laptop does not pickup the phone connected in the cradle. How can I fix the problem?

If the USB-port is damaged, I suggest that you visit nearest service center to have your phone exained and fixed by a technician. You can contact your local support team for further information about nearest service center and/or how to proceed with this in the best possible way:

It's for charging purposes only, I think. You better get the USB fixed.
