Smart Connect not working

Hi, I have problem ( maybe App bug ) with my Z1 Compact and Smart Connect. I set smartconnect to start Spotify if I connect to my CAR BT system, but smart connect do nothink when the phone connect. Only Throw show's, it is connected to my car. Not even Walkman app starts, that is showed in smartconnect in car section. Why the **bleep** I cant use smart connect to listen music in my car automaticly? If i connect phone to the car, enter smart connect, turn event off and on again, the event start normaly, but not automatic So every time, I want to listen music in my car, i need to take my phone from pocket, unlock, start spotify, and then listen music... Thanks for any advice Radovan

It should be possible. At least launching app should work fine (it does for me). Try to reset SmartConnect settings (it will clear all your actions) and try again.

You can avoid playing with your car and try on headphones to make sure you set everything fine. Also make sure that "Action" is actually enabled.

I tried that, problem is, it some times starts, some times dont... With headphones it works ok, only with car... I will try to update my car radio firmware, if the problem isn't in car itself, I belive the problem is some kind of conflict between Throw and Smart Connect and Walkman ( becouse smartconnect show app for BT connection Walkman ) I will try grab the log from device, to see what's wrong with it.. With little hope, i will find problem Regards Radovan

Update: some times, the phone do not connect to the radio at all... Test iPhone today, works like charm, so I guess it will be Android related issue... Not sure, if it is Sony problem or AOSP

I have the same problem with my Sony Xperia Z5 compact. I guess the problem is that my carkit connects to my phone instead of the other around. So there is no handling done by me on the phone. Does anyone knows the solution?
