Device keeps restarting!!!

I've only had my phone since Nov 13 and it has recently started to play up. It intermittently freezes and the the whole phone restarts it's self. I contacted my network who gave me a link that would fix the problem but it wouldn't work! I am kind of reaching the end of my tether as it's not even a year old n the reason I switched from Samsung phones was the issues I was having with their handsets!

Has some one got any idea what is wrong with it and how to fix it?

Remove the SIM,check if the same occurs.

I have the same problem with Xperia SP-the phone freezes and reboots, the last few days. This was a replacement phone sent by Orange 4 weeks ago for the SAME problem. It was fine until 2 days ago.

alexadon suggestion makes sense. If SIM is damegd, that can cause phone's random reboots.

Free your ram! Dont use task killers clean last opened apps and disable all unused apps then your phone stop rebooting.
