Increasing volume level

Hi, I was wondering if its possible to increase an output volume level. When I'm pluggin my SP in to portable speakers the voume is low despite maximum bar level on the phone and speakers. It needs a powerful amplifier only to achive good sound level. It is very the same with ear phones, were the sound level is ok but unsatisfactory. I know that Sony set a limit for volume, however I would like to have more control on it when I'm conecting my phone to a different equipment. I've also tried many android apps like sound or volume boost but they just don't work at all. Please help

The preamp option in this software increased volume slightly. Cheers
