xperia zl mic problem

. I bought this in november 2013 and since then I am getting everybody complianing me that they cant hear me over the phone. mic not working well .This is very annoying and I dont see any solution to this other than phone replacement. I am on latest 4.4 Andriod

Try this

settings > call settings > microphone noise suppression (turn it off) check again

One of coleague bought this and on seeing the features 3 more including me bought it. Every one got the same mic issue and on contacting sony service he quoted 15000 rs saying he will get a refurbished piece and can't repair the mic for this model.

We have brand new models in market for the same price of repair in market now 😄 😄 😄 😄

only one mobile was under warrenty out of 4 when this problem arose and they gave him refurbished phone. From yesterday that phone also started experiencing the same mic issues 😄 😄 😄 :-D(Now that is also out of warrenty )

End of 1 year 4 months all 4 are having mic issues

Sony should accept this as failure model and should repair ZL phones at their expense(recalling and fixing the issue to retain their credibility).
