backup problem

I have backup my all data and apps via Sony preinstalled app but after I unlock bootloader my phone formatted and now I am not able to see my backup no files and apps is showing....please help

Well, I don't think there is much you can do about this. As far as I know this is how the backup function works.

I want to root my Xperia sp..I have unlocked bootloader but I am not getting exact way of rooting sp...help me

The unlocked bootloader need to change original/custom kernel. (and you can bricking your phone easy...)

The easiest way the rooting app.
It is'nt root manager app (supersu), but thats need too.
