Do you know how I feel about buying a TV, home theater, mobile, car stereo unit? Frustrated in trust services and buy Sony products.
You know, I was looking to buy more products from sony. But, through the contacts I had with Sony in Brazil to fix the puzzle of my mobile screen on which fell to the ground because of me, answer me, how can void the warranty of the cell if the coach did not even call to see if it worked ?
I've been in computer repair technician. I'm sure the company ELSYS authorized Sony in Brazil, only took a picture of the phone with a broken screen and gave loss of warranty. The person in charge did not start the phone to see if the touch screen (even broken) worked. And also told me by phone that the phone reset return, and by the way returned exactly as sent.
I was saddened by the lack of interest of them.
Now buy Sony products again? For what reason is not trust their customers!
