You have to perform a software repair using PC companion. You might need to charge your device for about 1-2 hours before so the device has at least 60% battery.
Make sure the device is not connected to computer or laptop and turned off (sometimes you have to press power button and volume up until the device vibrates 3 times or on some devices you have to press the small button near the SIM tray or on the back of the device).
Open PC companion->support zone->phone/tablet software update->repair my phone/tablet blue highlighted.Follow the steps given,do not connect your phone until prompted to press volume down while plugging USB cable.

First, it's really fantastic that there isn't any french support.

I purchased my Z1 in December 2013, anything was perfectly okay except since yesterday.

He was covered by fingerprints and I simply pulled it under water for like 10 little seconds with all holes CLOSED, like always. (I do this it everytime)

About an hour later, battery just fall to 40% right to 8%.

I obviously puted him in charge but he didn't want to charge itself (I tried different wires).

Then, the battery was blocked to 1% for hours but he still had power, I used it for a complete hour this morning, he just finished to discharge itself this morning, now I can't even switch it on.

I'm **bleep**ed.

If the device does not charge even after being connected at a wall socket for some time, you have to stop by a sony service:

http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/
