Microphone isn't working

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my Z2. The microphone is recording a big amount of "white noise" and cannot properly record the voice.
I've sent it to assistance once and come back just one week ago.

Now the problem came back again so I don't think it's a mic problem any more.

What can I do?

Try turning on Microphone noise suppression and see if that helps - Settings then Call settings

already tried but didn't help.

It is like if you leave the mic on and then brush it into a surface, the noise is like that

I`ve got this same. Had to use earphones with mic. to make phonecalls becose no one can understand what i`m talking.

Cant record any music or voice - all is so blurry, but touching the surface of the phone is loud.

EDIT:

Alredy tested audio settings with noise cancelations and any other ....
