FM radio sound stopping intermittently.

Hi I have an Xperia Z1 and the FM radio has started to stop working. There is no pattern, it could work for minutes or seconds and then the sound just stops. Looking at the screen it looks normal and the only way to get the sound back is either switch to Mono or tunr the radio off and on again.

This extremely annoying especially as I use the FM app loads.

I tried a software reset before and no joy.

Any ideas please ?

Hi !

I had the same problem while riding my moto with my headphones.

I noticed that I accidentaly push the button of the remote control they embedded !

Silly me !
