Unfortunately Setting Has Stopped

When I tried to check my App from setting>App, I received error message "unfortunately setting has stopped"
Current Android release 17.1.2.a.0.314
So Any solution for this problem.

Please can you explain more how to perform software repair, does it means restore factory settings?
I open above link and it open pc champion which already installed in my lap top and when I connect mobile to laptop it mentions that mobile on latest sw

once you connect to latop c companion, backup data and perform a repair by clicking on the device symbol top left of pc companion where it states yor current firmware version.pls be aware repairing device will wipe all data on device so pls perform a data backup either on your micro sd card on device or via pc companion backup and restore application

I took backup using pic champion and after repair I restore it again using pc champion.

Have you tried not to restore anything and see?

I did 3 steps:-
1-after run sw repair and open setting without restore anything problem not appear
2-after restore everything, problem appear again.
3-i unistall all applications manually one by one to check which one cause the problem, I found some applications cause the problem so I unistall them but after I exceed 50% of internal memory same problem appear again regardless which application installed.

I have the same problem. I did rest factory two times and it works correctly just for two or three days. The problem appeared again.

CM Security caused this problem for me. Everything was ok after i have removed it.
