I started a few years ago with the Sony ze I was fine, I did not find it it bugs and errors any problems and then I bought the Sony Z1 and initially I was fine until version 4.3 of the software from then on were born problems, the keyboard suddenly goes crazy, the touch screen does not work well and it all starts to go crazy, then I turn it off and power back up and re solves the problem temporarily. So I thought it was a problem of z1 and z2 I bought it, and the same problem so I decided to switch to apple that does not have problems and more if there are problems they solve them and change the products immediately. If you do that you will end up like the Nokia failed.
I'm a technical phone and it takes very little to make bad publicity. goodbye

You are just a big scam. I always give your smartphone keyboard problems. I have to turn off and on several times. I have always bought sony products, but now I'm done. We will end up like the nokia

I am sorry to hear about this, however in any circumstance like this we would always advise contact your local Xperia Team or posting here if you would prefer so that some troubleshooting can be performed to fix the issue for you. It appears in this case that you have already moved on so there is little we can do at this stage, but it is certainly something to keep in mind.
