    <description>&lt;P&gt;You have to perform a software repair using PC companion.Make sure the device is not connected to computer or laptop and turned off (sometimes you have to press power button and volume up until the device vibrates 3 times or on some devices you have to press the small button near the SIM tray or on the back of the device).&lt;BR /&gt; Open PC companion-&amp;gt;support zone-&amp;gt;phone/tablet software update-&amp;gt;repair my phone/tablet blue highlighted.Follow the steps given,do not connect your phone until prompted to press volume down while plugging USB cable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i updated my xperia m to the newest update, and now all it does is gives me a wierd image and i can do nothing with the phone, the only thing it does is gives me this image i.stack.imgur.com/4svyQ.png , please click link to see it. the phone is under a year old, maybe about 3 months old. please help, i love my phone but i cant afford a new one. idk what to do!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
