Hi. My name is Amir Alavi. I'm medical doctor and work as medical advisor in Pfizer pharmaceutical company.I had bought an Xperia TX phone 18 months ago. I did not have much problem with the phone (but some lags and slowness in its responsiveness in last few months) till all of a sudden it stopped being charged.

I looked for the Sony mobile authorized representative in Iran and after getting tired searching in Sony mobile official website and finding nothing, I found a comany named "Arman Hamrahn Aryan" who had introduces itself as Sony official representative in Iran.

I took my phone there and asked them to repair it. Affter 5 days, they contacted me and told me that in addition to my charging socket, my touch is not working properly either! But it was working when I gave them my phone.

I contacted their help desk and asked them to foollow the issue. They answered me that 'toch os a consumable part like the battery is and it may be broken after a while. It's not our fault!!'

Who is responsible for this issue? Is it right to give the phone to be repaired by the official Sony representative and take it back non-funtional at all??

Who can help me?

Regards,

Amir

I contacted Dubai which has approved Iran representative. Instead of answering my questions and investigation on my complaint about their representative, they referred me to the representative itself!! Isn't it odd?
