Many issues

I got an Xperia ST26a as a gift after the previous owner bought a new mobile, and it has way too many issues for me to ever consider keeping the phone. It doens't connect to wifi at all. Also, it doesn't connect with the tower signal, making me turn the phone on and off about 3 times everytime I need to make a call (which is the only thing I use it for). When I try to search for someone's number and click on the one that the system found it reestarts the search engine, as in instead of making the call it simply clears what I already typed. There is a delay of 5s for every number I press, and when I hit the call button it doesn't do anything but keep the image of pressed button and static screen. I have to repeat the process of dialing all the number by myself 4 or 5 times before it recognizes and makes the call, and then I need to do it 2 more times after the call starts because it sudenly drops for no aparent reason. Recently, it is mixing the call keyboard and the text message keyboard, allowing me to see the number 1, 2 and 3 on lower half of the screen, and the entire keyboard for text messaging a little lower the numbers : needless to say, neither work. It tends to stay like that for 10s.

Another annoying issue is that when I set it on silent it doesn't stay on silent, it makes a really loud noise whenever a text arrives or someone calls, making me lower the volume to the minimum; when I disable the silent mode, it makes no sound whatsoever, not even vibrating when supposed to.

Apps that also receive texts make no sound also and so I never get the alert; not only that, but the delay between what I type and what shows on screen is such a hassle than no autocorrect is needed to get me embarrassed.

The battery takes 8h to charge (more or less ), and even though I use this phone 3 times every 2 days average (and only to make calls of 2 min and check the time) 24h after charging it is at 60%, but on the second day it drops to 5% by noon; specially if I don't use it at all.

The interface isn't apealing and it is very confusing and difficult to understand.

Every action delays at least 5s before it actually does what is supposed to.

The camera takes 10s to start taking a picture and when it does they are always blurry.

I am so disapointed at this device that I could easily sue the company and win with all the proof I have gathered up to now.
