    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its past 5 months from the date of purchase of Xperia Z1 handset, I started facing vibration issues with the mobile. Then after submitting it to Sony authorised service center Accel frontline in Pune, India they took 1 months time to resolve the issue. Regardless of buying such a premium handset the services provided are pathetic.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just 15 days from the previous repair I again started facing the issue of charging dropping by the handset &amp;amp; battery discharging rapidly eventhough the charger is conected. For this issue I again submitted it to Service center this time to Aradhya Enterprise Pune, India. They too took the handset &amp;amp; said they'll send it to L4 level to chennai for further repairs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My job ID is W114091100451 &amp;amp; want to escalate this repeatative issues faced by me for the Z1 mobile. Also I would like to go for Cash back. As i'm totally frsutraded with the sercie as they dont share the exact timelines for the repairs delivery &amp;amp; taking about a month for any kind of hardware repair.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yet i've not yet received any reply from the service center of their call centere regardless of continous follow ups for the same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Request you all to provide me the escaltion matrix for this issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
