Dear,

I owned a new xperia z2

Utter waste product from sony..shame..

I can't use my camera for 5 min..the mobile is getting hot and shut off the option automatically.. And the same reason for video option also..

Another problem is un even finish of mobile body..big gaps between frames..

Local head set for this expensive mobiles..in advertising it seems mdr-mc31em but nothing from sony...

Very shameful sony..why you are cheating customers????

Hi, the heating up has been covered many, many times on the forum...do a search & have a good read of the reasons why.

Same goes with the gap issues of the screen against the bezel....some people have even gaps all round, some people have uneven gaps......you will have to speak to where you purchased the phone or contact your local Xperia Care Centre.....

With regards to the headphones....this really depends on 2 things, where you live & which service provider you use....some people get the phone with Noise Cancelling Headphones, some people just get the basic ones, some people get the Smartband & some the Magnetic Charger.

All of your questions have been covered/explained many times & its a good idea to do a search & read over other peoples comments/answers on them...time consuming but worth it!!

First of all you use your brain..Then why sony is giving such damaged product to the customers.. In the world sony have only one name and one product of z2..we are loving sony with out any category of country base..okey..

What is the difference of sony products in country base???

Can u explain..about the body irregularities and heating and the supply of accessories for each country???

Every where in the world sony have only one name and also one product of z2.. No other companies imitating the product..first understand that..

Agreed you have a faulty device don't mean you should be rude to someone trying to help and 2 if you fell you not happy with the product return it and try to get a better one even companies like BMW recall defaults in their cars nothing is perfect and if you don't wanna go with Sony then go with another it's a world of choices

Why dont you do a good search on the Forum for your questions and you will see......also try your very best, as mentioned earlier to you, NOT to be disrespectful to people on the Forum who are here to try and help others.....

I think we need to ask the admin to change the font size of search to size 48....

not sure why is that so hard to find a post.
