      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently installed the Sony PC companion on my pc because I need to update the system, however my phone does n ot connect to my pc. When troubleshooting the device it says that the&amp;nbsp;'This device is not working properly because Windows (7) cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)". I would like to update the system soon.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;But if you receive an error code 31, it sounds more like an issue regarding Windows.
